These materials are sold only for use for individual or classroom instruction, reading or performances by schools, clubs, museums or other non-profit organizations for the entertainment and education of their members, friends and families.

Royalties apply if admission is charged for performances or readings unless written permission is given by the playwrights. “Admission” includes, but is not limited to, ticket sales, suggested donations or other requested contributions for the performance or reading. Royalties also apply if the materials are used by individuals or organizations as part of any program such as, but not limited to, educational/training programs, conferences, consultations, workshops, or seminars for which the individual or organization receives any compensation.
